11月28日下午，國(guó)防部舉行例行記者會(huì)，國(guó)防部新聞局局長(zhǎng)、國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人吳謙大校答記者問。
記者：美國(guó)國(guó)防部新聞發(fā)言人近日稱，美國(guó)防長(zhǎng)奧斯汀在東盟防長(zhǎng)擴(kuò)大會(huì)上表示，美國(guó)與東盟安全合作有助于建立更加繁榮和穩(wěn)定的地區(qū)。中國(guó)在南海的脅迫性活動(dòng)、緬甸暴力沖突及俄烏沖突等是當(dāng)前重要安全挑戰(zhàn)。請(qǐng)問對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？
Question: According to the spokesperson of the US Department of Defense, US Secretary of Defense said at the ADMM-Plus that security cooperation between the US and ASEAN is conducive to building a more prosperous and stable region. He also pointed out that “coercive PRC activities in the South China Sea, the violence in Burma, and the Russian war against Ukraine” are major security challenges in today’s world. What’s your comment on this?
吳謙：美國(guó)防長(zhǎng)在東盟防長(zhǎng)擴(kuò)大會(huì)上對(duì)中方無(wú)端指責(zé)，董軍部長(zhǎng)當(dāng)即予以嚴(yán)厲批駁。董部長(zhǎng)指出，美方出于一己私利，挑動(dòng)縱容個(gè)別地區(qū)國(guó)家在南海挑事，嚴(yán)重破壞地區(qū)和平穩(wěn)定，值得域內(nèi)國(guó)家高度警惕。美方上述做法，根源在于其一貫的冷戰(zhàn)思維和霸權(quán)心態(tài)。美式虛偽“雙標(biāo)”在烏克蘭危機(jī)和巴以沖突中體現(xiàn)得淋漓盡致，理所當(dāng)然為世界廣大愛好和平的人民所不齒。中方一向致力于通過友好協(xié)商處理爭(zhēng)議問題，同地區(qū)國(guó)家一道將南海打造成和平之海、友誼之海、合作之海。我們要求美方停止編造謊言，停止挑釁滋事，不要在錯(cuò)誤的道路上越走越遠(yuǎn)。
Wu Qian: US Secretary of Defense made groundless accusations against China at the ADMM-Plus, to which Admiral Dong Jun, the Chinese Defense Minister refuted on the spot. Minister Dong pointed out that the US side prods with and connives at a regional country to make provocations in the South China Sea for its selfish gains. This behavior severely undermines regional peace and stability, to which regional countries should keep high vigilance. The root causes behind the US acts lie in its entrenched Cold War mentality and hegemonic thoughts. US hypocrisy and double standards are fully exposed in the Ukraine crisis and the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, and are despised by all peace-loving peoples around the world. The Chinese side stays committed to handling disputes through friendly consultation, and working with regional countries to build the South China Sea into a sea of peace, friendship and cooperation. We urge the US side to stop fabricating lies, making provocations and stirring up troubles, and refrain from going further down the wrong path.
